Dick Ford Company is a multi faceted company with primary emphasis in Commercial Real Estate,

which includes brokerage, development, leasing, management and investments.

Other areas of interest include ranching, oil and gas, and venture capital financing.

COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE

Brokerage:

Our brokerage business is limited to relationship oriented clients. We offer brokerage services,

both selling and purchasing on an exclusive representation basis. Our fee structure is flexible and

has included hourly billing, structured fixed fees, and percentage based commissions.

New Developments:

Dick Ford Company develops freestanding buildings (both build to suit and spec), consisting of

retail, industrial, office and office warehouses. Our most recent emphasis has been on small industrial

buildings from 2,400 square feet to 8,000 square feet.

Leasing:

Currently our leasing services focus on properties we currently manage. Dick Ford Company offers

tenant rep services on a selective basis.

Our leasing experience is second to none. Over the years we have negotiated a wide variety of leases

consisting of office, medical, retail, restaurants, warehouses, business parks, day care centers

and ground leases.

Management:

Dick Ford Company manages all of the properties it has anownership interest in. We also offer

comprehensive management services for large multi-tenant properties. Our typical management

arrangement includes day-to-day management as well as budgeting and accounting for both operations

and capital. We provide construction management for all tenant improvements, remodels and other

building renovations. Dick Ford Company provides fiduciary bonds to the owners of each property

we manage.

Investments:

Dick Ford Company is actively pursuing additional real estate investment opportunities. Our typical

investment ranges from $200,000 to $3,000,000. We have invested in smaller and larger properties

in the past. Our most recent investments include industrial income producing small office buildings,

build-to-suit for day care center, and raw land. We have a few residential rentals

consisting of new patio homes, both located in Amarillo TX.
